LSP Children's Water Festival

People in Northeastern Colorado are very aware of the importance of water. It is a resource that we depend on in so many ways. The Lower South Platte (LSP) Children’s Water Festival, an event to help children learn about this vital resource as, was held on September 23, 2026 at the Logan County Fairgrounds in Sterling, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for local students to learn more about this precious resource.  The festival is open to area (Morgan, Washington, Logan and Sedgwick counties) schools’ 5th grade classes.  This year we had around 500 kids  attend!  We love having the opportunity to host some of the best kids around for a day of learning and fun.
